Who Are We?
The mission of Clarity Corporate Communications is to develop new Chinese corporate leaders with the communications skills to effect business transformation for specific strategic goals as identified by our corporate clients.
We provide global business expertise and impart personal development techniques so client participants acquire Voice, Image and Presence (VIP) in using new awareness of innovative ideas and internationally established methods to grow global business with Chinese characteristics.
Our services are provided in English, but our focus is on the content of what we deliver – of course English language development is a secondary benefit. |
What Do We Do?
Our highly-qualified consultants for the client’s industry specific needs coach business executives.
We call it “The Winners Edge VIP Program” We apply what we call “The No-Limits Approach” to embed a culture of leadership development from person to person and in the organization as a whole.
Coaching is a personal relationship established by an in-depth analysis of the performance goals and needs of client participants.
We then use industry research and the coach’s own experience to determine and deliver information content customized for VIPs one to one and in small departmental groups. |
What Do We Deliver?
Essentially, solutions needed for the next stage of your elite team’s evolution as effective managers in global business competition, executives who can then provide the leadership required to complete the preparation of newly recruited Chinese talent needing application skills and cultural attributes that have been unavailable in their prior education and experience (The Winners Edge VIP Program).
This in turn leads to solutions to the severe shortage of such developed talent facing China in the near and foreseeable future.
Furthermore, on-going innovation information training content results in a culture of fully engaged employees who will stay with the organization (The No-Limits Approach is all about understanding that retention is more important than recruitment). |
